Bullock, Chippenham

This is a clock by a member of the famous Bullock family who worked as clockmakers over six generation in several towns in north and west Wiltshire.

The clock dates from around 1825 and is possibly by one of Zephaniah’s sons.

The thirty hour longcase clock, in a well grained attractive oak case of medium colour, strikes the hours on a bell.

The 12″ dial has Arabic numerals and features a subsidiary seconds dial.

The overall height is 80”.
